*TERMS AND CONDITIONS*

“www.yourmaid.ae” is owned and operated by Your Maids Building Cleaning Services.

PARTIES :

1. ” THE COMPANY ” shall mean Your Maids Building Cleaning Services.

2. ” THE CLIENT ” shall mean the customer or person who request for Cleaning Services.

3. “Your Maid” is employee of the company who serve to the customer for the purpose of Cleaning Home, Office Kitchen Bathroom, Garden Etc Etc.

*SERVICES*

Your Maid responsibility is limited Cleaning, Baby Sitting, Pet Care, Kitchen Help, at Customer Home as per the Service Agreement.

*DOCUMENTS*

Your Maid documents like Passport, Visa, Work Permit, Identity Card, Health Insurance, Vaccination Certificate, Police Clearance Report, with company and can be provided to customer on demand.

*LIABILITIES*

The Company assumes Limited Liability as per Insurance Policy ( Maximum 1000 AED ) on any kind of Damage, Theft, Fire, or lose of any Precious Personal Belongings in any case.

*TECHNICAL FAULT*

The Company will not be responsible for any Damage Accident, Injury or Breakdown of House Hold Appliances due to poor condition of the appliances or any Mechanical Technical Issues.

Which render the Appliances unusable where the same is proved and to the extent that is proved to be caused by the Company’s Negligence.

*DANGER SITUATION*

The Maid has completely right to stop or discontinue the service if customer misbehave mistreat her in anyway that could endanger The Maid life or other People’s.

*MISSED / DELAYED*

The Company does not take responsibility and liability for missed / delay in appointments due to Traffic Congestion / Vehicle Breakdown / Weather Conditions or clearance at Community / Building Security Gates.

*REBOOKING / CANCELLATION*


The Company reserves the right to change prices whether or not it gives notice of its destination to do so. A charge will be payable by the Customer in the event that the Customer cancels or amends a booking within less than 1 hour of the agreed time.

*SAFE CLEANING*


The Customer agrees that in order to ensure both his/her and The Maid safety in their premises, he/she will not cause any distraction while the service is in progress.

*ACKNOWLEDGMENT*

The acceptance of the service constitute acknowledgement by Customer that they have read and agree to the foregoing contract.

*CLAIM / REFUND*

The Company’s Maximum Liability / Claims / Refund shall be limited to the Insurance Policy or Re-Booking.

If Customer got any Complain Violation or Incident at the time of our service, please report to us or send email on “info@yourmaid.ae” as soon as possible but at least within 7 days after completion of services.

*REPORT FAILURE*

Incase, customer failed to report in 7 days after the incident, we shall not be responsible in respect of any loss, damage, alterations, delays.
